Soft skills such as problem solving, ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity, critical thinking and communication are becoming crucial competences even in a world where technology becomes more pervasive and seems able to take over also some cognitive tasks.

That's why at dSEA we strongly believe that matching hard skills and soft skills is crucial not only to deliver a unique academic experience but also to boost the employability of all our graduate students.

Meet Your Future 2022 is the event — co-organized with the Alumni Association of the University of Padova — in which our third year Bachelor's degree students, Master's degree students and graduates will have the opportunity to meet dSEA Alumni and to learn more about their professional experience. They will also meet HR managers to get insights on the skills they are looking for as well as how to apply and successfully pass through the recruiting and selection process. 

The 6th edition of Meet your Future offers three online meetings focused on different job fields: consulting, management and finance.

Each event will have the following format:

  • 9.00 am | Welcome and Introduction
  • 9.15-10.45 am | Alumni round table  
  • 10.45 - 11.00 am | Break
  • 11.00 am -12.30 pm | HR Managers round table

Meet your Future 2022 is also dedicating a whole day to Speed Interviews on Monday 12 December, from 9am to 6pm. Participants will have the opportunity to meet the HR managers of the companies participating in Meet your Future 2022. They will have 15 minutes to get to know them and experience a job interview.
