English language for first year Master’s degree students 2022/23

Students enrolled in the first year of Business Administration, Economics and Finance, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and Economia e Diritto will have to take an English language exam during their first year.

You are required to take this exam even if you have an English language certificate.

First-year students of the Academic Year 2022/23 can take the exam before the beginning of the lessons, on specific dates. Students enrolled in previous years who have not passed the exam yet must sit the exam during the regular sessions of the academic calendar (winter, summer, autumn sessions 2022/23, starting from January 2023).

If you pass the exam in October 2021, you are not required to attend the course and can register your qualification in the first exam session (January/February 2023), signing up in the Uniweb exam lists.

If you do not pass the test, you will have to attend the lessons, according to the course timetable. You will then be able to take the English exam during the regular sessions scheduled in the academic calendar.

The exams for the first-year students 2022/23 will be held according to the schedule below.
The first lecture of the English course will be held before the exam: there will be an introduction to the course and samples tests will be made available.

If you fail to pass the English language exam before the end of your first year (deadline: 30 September 2023 for students enrolled in 2022/23), you will not be able to sit other exams (except your first-year exams) until you have passed the English language exam.
