Antonio Zotti is co-founder and managing partner of Buttignon Zotti Milan & Co. (www.bzm-advisory.com), an independent advisory boutique for mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, capital raising and strategic consulting.
Previously, he worked at Maxcor Financial Group in London as manager of the High Yield & Distressed desk, providing advisory services to leading international investment funds on the scouting and evaluation of investment opportunities on major restructuring cases in Italy. Before he was part of GE Capital Interbanca’s Structured Finance and Acquisitions group where he assisted leading private equity funds on renowned leveraged buy-outs (LBO) and privatizations. He was a Strategy Group Associate in A.T. Kearney and started his career in a primary Chartered Accountants associated firm.
He holds a M.Sc. in Business and Economics from the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and obtained an M.B.A. from Duke University (The Fuqua School of Business) where he was International Affairs Cabinet member. He is adjunct professor of M&A and Corporate Restructuring at the University of Padua and has been faculty member of Fondazione CUOA's Business School. He is member of the Innovation Board of Ca’ Foscari University Foundation and Board member of Ca’ Foscari Alumni Association. He is member of the World Economic Forum's Global Agenda Council on the Future of Financing & Capital and Founding Curator of the Global Shapers Community's Venice Hub. He is a member of the Bretton Woods Committee.
