This study examines the influence of human resource training on bank stability using data from Italian banks (2011-2019). Findings support the resource-based view, indicating a positive relationship between training and bank stability. Credit risk and bank efficiency are identified as key factors influencing this relationship. The study addresses endogeneity and alternative models, offering insights into how training affects bank performance and risk management.
