FEMALE SKILLS

Innovative leverage for territoral services and organizations

Scientific Responsible: MARTINA GIANECCHINI

Project objectives: With DGR 1522/2022, the Veneto Region aims to support innovative projects that promote intervention models, languages, methods, and working tools capable of addressing the cultural and structural aspects that hinder gender balance. This includes the creation and/or strengthening of local networks that encourage the adoption of new organizational models to facilitate a more balanced participation of women and men in the labor market. The objective of the research activity coordinated by Martina Gianecchini for the Department of Economic and Business Sciences “M. Fanno” is to design and implement monitoring and evaluation activities for the organizational model developed within the FEMALE SKILLS project. The monitoring and evaluation actions will highlight not only the successful and replicable aspects of the model but also how and to what extent the project has contributed to achieving the goals of: combating stereotypes and gender-based discrimination; balanced participation in the labor market; and work-life balance.
