Live Project Gym

Hands-on methodology, business relevance and project-based approach are the key ingredients of our MBA learning experience: participants will be involved in consulting group works, and in-company activities and labs.

Furthermore, the capstone individual project is another relevant way to work closely with professors or professionals, either to contribute to a company project or to develop new tangible business ideas.

Personal Development Programme:

Personal development is one of the pillars we value the most, that’s why this programme runs throughout the Master evolving along with the participants' leadership skills. The Leadership Programme includes a series of lectures, seminars, meetings with guest speakers, and experiential activities on topics such as team management, intercultural communication and management, negotiation, conflict management, decision making. The activities of Career Management are related to career coaching and personal branding to support participants in designing and driving their career path.

  Campus

The program is held at CUOA Business School in Villa Valmarana Morosini, a majestic 18th century building in Altavilla Vicentina, near Vicenza. Some classes may also take place in one of the venues of the Univresity of Padua or in other locations.

  About us

The Department of Economics and Management 'Marco Fanno' (dSEA) of the University of Padua is a center of excellence in economic and managerial education, ranked among the top 150 worldwide in Economics and Econometrics (QS World University Rankings). Since 2023, it has been EQUIS-certified, becoming the first Department of a public Italian university to achieve this recognition.

As an academic partner, dSEA collaborates with CUOA Business School, a prestigious management school founded in 1957. CUOA offers industry-accredited courses and MBAs and has been ASFOR-accredited since 2009 for its part-time MBA programs. It also holds ISO 9001 certification for the quality of its training services.

dSEA strongly emphasizes internationalization, with agreements with over 80 partner universities worldwide and an extensive work placement network with more than 2,000 companies and organizations in Italy and abroad.

  Admissions

Minimum requirements for admission to the MBA programme are:
• Three-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• 2 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in the English language

For application purposes, each candidate will be asked submit the following documents:
• Curriculum vitae (CV)
• Motivation letter
• Two letters of recommendation from an academic and/or professional reference
• Degree certificate and official transcript of completed exams
• GMAT or GRE scores (preferable, non-mandatory)
• Certification of English proficiency (preferable, non-mandatory)

The selection process includes:
• Screening of the applications received, based on the analysis of the curriculum vitae, letter of motivation, two letters of recommendation, official transcript, and any GMAT and/or GRE scores
• Motivational interview
• Logical reasoning test
• English test (if applicable).

  Fee and Scholarships

The participation fee is 30.000 €, to be paid in 4 installments:
•1st payment: € 9.000,00, upon enrollments
•2nd payment: € 7.500,00 by 24.10.2025
•3rd payment: € 7.500,00 by 23.01.2026
•4th payment: € 6.000,00 by 20.04.2026

The participation fee includes:
•Academic materials
•Use of all facilities at the CUOA Business School Campus
•Participation in company visits and outdoor activities
•Access to the digital resources off campus
•Access to CUOA Job Career Center resources and activities

Fee reductions
•Be First: 10% off the participation fee for registration and payment of the first installment by June 30, 2025
•Early Bird 5% off the participation fee for registration and payment of the first installment by August 29, 2025
•Pay Full: 5% off the participation fee if it’s paid in a unique installment before September 15th, 2025
