Professional and continuous education
Lifelong learning represents an educational approach that spans a person's entire life. This concept is based on the idea that learning is not confined to the early years of formal education but continues constantly and systematically throughout life.
The Department of Economics and Management "Marco Fanno" offers Advanced Training Courses and free Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) as part of the educational offerings of the University of Padua.
Specialized courses
Advanced training or specialized courses are designed for working professionals who wish to deepen their expertise in specialized areas related to their field of activity. These courses are structured to meet the educational and organizational needs of those already engaged in the workforce, offering a flexible learning format that combines in-person teaching with individual work and allows for a personalized approach to instruction. A high school diploma is the minimum requirement for admission.
MOOCs
Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) are free online courses open to everyone, intended for distance learning by a large number of participants from diverse cultural backgrounds and geographical areas. These are university-level courses, but they are designed for a very broad audience. They offer valuable opportunities for both students and teaching staff.
