The Department of Economics and Management has opened three new study spaces, in an effort to improve the quality of services offered to students.

The study spaces are located on the second and on the fourth floor of the 'Tower Portello C3', via Bassi, 1, in Padova.

In full compliance with Covid security measures, the study spaces offer: 

• Study space 1 (second floor): 24 workstations, bookable for a maximum of 4 hours per day/12 hours per week.
• Study space 2 (second floor): 20 workstations, bookable for a maximum of 4 hours per day/12 hours per week.
• Study space 43 (fourth floor): 4 tables with 6 workstations each, bookable for a maximum of 4 hours per day.

The study spaces are equipped with a Wi-Fi connection (Eduroam) and a printer that can be used with the 'My Print' system. 

The study spaces 1 and 2 (second floor) are open from Monday to Friday, from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm.

The study space 43 (fourth floor) are open from Monday to Thursday, from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm.

If you want to book a workstation, a booking through the ‘Affluences’ app (downloadable free of charge from the App Store, Google Play or the web version) is necessary.

1. From the 'Affluences' app, search for 'Dip. Scienze Economiche e Aziendali': click on book, choose the classroom and select the date and time slot you want. Finally click on 'book'.
2. Book by entering your e-mail address and you will receive an e-mail to confirm your booking.
3. Confirm your booking from the e-mail received (this is only necessary for your first booking).

If you want to cancel a booking: just open the confirmation e-mail you received at the time of the booking and then click on "Cancel my booking".
