The course provides students with advanced theoretical and practical tools needed to manage complex business phenomena linked to the legal instrumentation necessary in various business decisions (e.g., corporate structures, tax profiles, relationships with customers, suppliers and financiers).

The recently revised curriculum incorporates recent economic challenges such as climate change and social crises, as well as the rising number of distressed firms.

After a solid in-class training, students in their last semester develop a “project work” during a mandatory internship. This enables them to build and extend their network and gain hands-on experience.
